Nico Martinez

Nico received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. During school he fell in love with programming and automation while working with robots. Escaping the Minnesota winter, he moved to Santa Clarita, CA where he landed a job at ASC Process Systems as a Controls Engineer. There, Nico got experience in programming and commissioning composite manufacturing equipment all around the world. After 4 years, Nico joined the Appward team to bring his knowledge of automation to the new platform. He now manages a team of app developers who design, build, and test all the applications living within Appward’s ecosystem. Besides creating apps, he enjoys working out, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
