When you mark a goal as Complete, you have the option to notify the assignee and any member involved with the goal. This can be done through the notification options that appear. 

The Goals app is an individualized growth-tracking app that encourages productivity and development through planned-out objectives. It helps manage both short and long-term goals for you and your team. 

The Status field determines the current state of the goal. A newly created goal starts in “Draft” mode. Changing the status to “Active” assigns the goal to the assignee. Once the goal is completed, the status can be changed to “Complete”. 

No, each goal can only be assigned to a single person. However, you can add multiple members to track progress and collaborate on the goal. 

You can track time spent on a goal within the Timelog tab. Start and stop the timer as you make progress towards the completion of your goal.

You can set reminders for a goal by clicking on the Reminders button in the goal's details. Specify the person, date, and message for the reminder.

If a goal is in draft mode, it will only be visible to the creator of the goal until it is published publicly.

Yes, goals can be linked to reviews created in the Reviews app. You can view the linked reviews in the Reviews linked to this Goal field.

Members in a goal are individuals from your organization who have been given access to a goal by the creator. Members can track or manage the assignee's progress. They can also collaborate and provide input if required within the details of the goal. 

Yes, you can create private goals by selecting the Private checkbox during the process of adding a goal.
