Using the App Tray in your workspace

The App Tray is another way to view and launch apps in your workspace screen.

Apps that are created by Appward and delivered with the platform as Public apps.  This means that the same app is used by lots of different organizations.   However, if your organization has created custom apps, or if you would like to run your own custom apps, then you can select a different source.  

Here are the selections:

Public – Appward apps

Workspace – Apps located in your workspace object named “Applications”

Organization – Apps created and published by your company or organization. 

Categories

Apps are assigned a category so that they are grouped together.   As a default, Apppward has already assigned categories to the apps, but those can be changed by your organization’s admin user.
