When adding a message to a Forum or creating a Post, how can I create a notification for the recipient?

To make sure specific individuals are notified when writing a post or message in Appward, simply use the @Mention feature. This handy tool allows you to select contacts, positions or departments within your organization. When composing your message, type the “@” symbol, and a popup will appear where you can search through your organization’s contacts, positions and departments. You can mention as many people as necessary to ensure they receive the notification. Once you send out the message or post, all mentioned parties will receive a notification. What’s more, recipients can easily navigate to the location of the post by clicking the external link icon for full context and connectivity. With @Mentions, staying informed and connected within your organization has never been easier.
