From the company's details, click either the Delete or Archive button based on your requirements to manage company records that are no longer active or relevant. 

Qualification statuses are labels used to indicate the current relationship or approval level of a company within your organization. These statuses help identify the role and trust level of external partners, clients, and suppliers. To qualify a company, simply check the Qualification checkbox, which will apply a green checkmark to the company's profile image. 

You can search for a company using either the alphabetical filter buttons or the search box located at the top of the app screen. 

Yes, you can set reminders or notifications for tasks like upcoming contract renewals, qualifications, or important meetings associated with specific companies. This helps you ensure timely action and follow-up. 

Company tags help categorize and organize companies based on specific criteria, making it easier to search, filter, and analyze groups of companies. Learn more about tags here.

Appward supports collaboration with the use of posts, files and notes. Posts allow for real-time updates and discussions, improving team communication. Files can be securely uploaded and shared, ensuring access to essential documents and facilitating collaborative editing and feedback. Notes serve as a repository for ideas and meeting summaries, organized for easy retrieval.

You can view the Usage tab to see which projects, sales orders, or parts are linked to a specific company, providing you with a comprehensive view of its involvement across your organization. 

Yes, to view a list of contacts associated with a company, select the company and navigate to the Contacts tab. 

Yes, when adding a company, you can specify whether it is a vendor, a customer, or both. Vendors are companies from which you purchase goods or services, while customers are companies to which you provide goods or services. 

Appward Companies is designed to centralize contact information and maintain connections with organizations in your network. By linking contacts to company profiles, you can easily identify key individuals within an organization, improving your customer relationship management.
