Tuesday August 6, 2024-1 min read

The stages of a problem’s life cycle are:

Draft:  The initial stage where the problem is recorded but not yet detailed or assigned for further action.

Analyze: The stage where the problem is examined to identify its root cause and determine appropriate solutions.

Fix: The stage where corrective actions are implemented to address and resolve the problem.

Reinspect: The stage where the solution is reviewed and tested to ensure that the problem has been effectively resolved.

Complete: The stage where the problem is considered resolved and all necessary actions have been taken.

Closed: The final stage where the problem is formally closed, and no further actions are required.
